Tiny House For Sale

The time has come for me to part ways with my tiny house. Below you will find a bunch of current pictures of the house with some explanations of various items. House was built from April to October 2009 and I lived in the house from November 2009 to May 2011. There is still some work that needs done to it, so I've STEEPLY discounting the house from what it's worth. I've described the condition in detail below. I'm also listing several items in the house separately. All items have been discounted from their purchase price based on condition and length of time used. If you are interest in the house, we can negotiate the other items you'd like to remain in the house based on what has not already sold.

This house is being sold as is, without any warranties and without recourse. Title to trailer will convey with sale. Buyer is responsible for removal of trailer from property - seller will not deliver!

Disclosures:

Electrical - There's one circuit in the house that is not being used because there's a problem of some kind with the wiring. More sophisticated electrical testing equipment was needed than what was available to properly identify the issue and correct it. Other electrical works in the house and is unaffected by the circuit. Problem was noticed when testing the electrical lines, the breaker was tripped every time the light switch was turned on next to the front door. Electric can be hooked up anywhere that a temporary power pole can be connected; could easily be connected through running a line from an existing building as well.

Plumbing - Entrance plumbing is set up through a simple hose connection. All plumbing connections (washer, sink, shower/tub, hot water heater) was done prior to completing interior walls. Plumbing lines were tested during construction and determined to be water-tight. Water was never connected however, during the time the house was occupied. Exit plumbing would need to be completed - planned on creating a simple gray water drainage system for sink, washer and tub; most of the supplies needed are already in the house. The sink still requires assembly as well.
